The Rondo Center of Diverse Expression (RCODE) is a small nonprofit based in Saint Paul, MN. Our vision is to offer space that compliments our mission: to rekindle the spirit of Rondo and preserve those values that sustained Rondo through the devastation of its community during the construction of Interstate 94. In coordination with the Rondo Commemorative Plaza (RCP), our location offers a unique venue for events, including dance, music, spoken word, and presentations in a variety of formats. We also house the Rondo Research Collection and a small museum for the display of art and artifacts related to Rondo.

The Rondo Research Collection is a comprehensive collection of fiction and nonfiction, published and unpublished books, journals, articles, studies, essays, poems, programs, photographs, maps, posters, films, videotapes, and other media items where the main topic pertains to the past, present, and future of the Rondo neighborhood. Original content is eligible for inclusion into the Minnesota Digital Library. We encourage further research into the Rondo neighborhood by providing access to researchers, residents, scholars, and students both on-site and remotely.
