The Sinclair Lewis Collection includes a set of letters and one poem written by author Sinclair Lewis to his intimate friend Marcella Powers between 1939 and 1947. Lewis discusses his career and his writing, his feelings for Powers, and his social life. The collection also includes a number of photographs taken of Sinclair Lewis at various times in his life. The University Archives has in its collection in the James W.
