Sacred Heart Area Historical Society

The Sacred Heart Area Historical Society, located in the town of Sacred Heart in Renville County, Minnesota, collects photographs, printed materials and artifacts related to the German and Scandinavian settlement of this western part of Minnesota. For the Minnesota Digital Library, the Sacred Heart Area Historical Society contributed the photographic work of A.T. Ellingboe, Emil I. Olsen, O.S. Myhre, and Ole C. Sparstad. The subjects include businesses, residences, schools, and town scenes.
