Announcing The Adult Education Program For Rochester Evening Community College, 1945-1946, Rochester, Minnesota
Rochester Community and Technical College was founded in 1915 on a motion by Dr. Charles Mayo to the Rochester School Board. Rochester is Minnesota's oldest community college and one of the nation’s oldest, original community colleges. The images in the Minnesota Digital Library include the commencement programs from 1918-1960 and the student newspaper "The Jaysee Echo" from 1940-May 1963.
