Grant County Historical Society

The Grant County Historical Society in Elbow Lake, Minnesota collects and preserves artifacts and archival materials related to this west central Minnesota county. The society supports genealogical and historical research with its many primary and secondary resources.  Among the exhibits in our museum are those that reflect our Scandinavian heritage and pioneer life. Our Veterans Memorial Hall honors veterans from the Civil War to the present. Grant County Historical Society’s contributions to the Minnesota Digital Library include photographs and records significant to our county.
