Approval of proposed projects for inclusion in the Minnesota Reflections collection is based on a simple majority of committee votes. Committee members are recruited from organizations representative of the contributor base of Minnesota Reflections and are recognized in their fields. Terms of service on the committee rotate and are staggered over a three-year cycle.
